If you receive an item with a damage please photograph and report that to us BEFORE you attempt to install the item. We will work with you to get that part replaced as quickly as possible. Once you have modified, asssembled or installed something we cannot issue replacement parts because the manufacturer cannot verify when the damage happened; before or during assembly/installation.
